We were appointed to design the new head office for Wheelies, the UK’s largest provider of insurance replacement bikes, who work on behalf of major insurance providers including Aviva, Direct Line, AXA and LV.

The aim was to provide an inviting and practical workplace for their employees and visitors with the main design emphasis on the point of contact. The existing office had evolved from what was originally the distribution warehouse.

Its age and layout were not conducive to the environment of a call centre, which the building was becoming. Therefore, we were appointed to restructure these spaces, improve the employees’ environment and integrate the corporate identity into the building fabric.
